Dwayne is currently the Lead Pastor of Wellspring Church Charlotte NC, which was founded by him in 2007. Additionally, he is a part of the Acts 29 Network, where he is the Director of Pastoral Care. As well as pastoring Dwayne is passionate about equipping the new generation of Biblical counselors. He is a Board Director of the Biblical Counseling Coalition.
