Ally Sheedy

Alexandra Elizabeth Sheedy born in June 1962 is an American actress from America. After her first movie Bad Boys starring as a Brat Pack part of WarGames 1982 and The Breakfast Club '85 she was a well-known part of this group. Sheedy's performance in Lisa Cholodenko's High Art (2000) won her the Independent Spirit Award, Best Female Actor. Ally Sheedy is an American actress and an author. She began her career in film beginning in the early 1980s, with the film based on a crime drama Bad Boys, for which she received a lot of praise. Rick Rosenthal was the director of this film, with other actors notable, such as Sean Penn Esai Morales Clancy Brown Alan Ruck. After her successful debut in a movie she starred as a character in The Breakfast Club - a comedy/drama. The film of John Hughes, The Breakfast Club is considered as among most memorable films of high school cinema. Even though the budget was $1 million its earnings crossed $50 million. She also began appearing in a variety of TV shows like CBS Schoolbreak. This was her first TV appearance. It was a show designed for teens and aired in April of 1980. Chicago Story Big City Samuels and the Kid, Hill Street Blues and Chicago Story are some of the other series in which she's appeared. One of her most recent appearances is Little Sister. Another one, X-Men Apocalypse a story about a female superhero where Sheedy is a guest. Sheedy, for her incredible appearances, was awarded numerous prizes. Sheedy was awarded the MTV Movie Awards' Silver Bucket of Excellence Award 2005.
